All sessions are priced according to time and not the modalities used (no gratuity expected). Your session is uniquely crafted using an integrative approach.  Western massage uses a foundation of Swedish techniques and integrates other modalities to optimize relaxation, healing and balance. Each session may include modalities such as deep tissue, joint range of motion, trigger point therapy (NMT), cupping, stretching, heat and cold therapy, and CBD.
