About The Practitioner

Anna Dugan, LMT
Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado, AA Outdoor Education, BA Environmental Policy, MS Agricultural Economics
I was born and raised in Colorado and have consistently been inspired by the surrounding natural beauty to achieve a life of wellness for myself and those around me. After earning my undergraduate degree at CU Boulder, building a successful career in the organic produce industry, and living abroad for five years where I earned my graduate degree in agricultural economics, I decided to pursue a hands-on skill to achieve a healthier work/life balance that reflects my values. Massage therapy enabled me to be helpful, creative, and active while continuing to focus on my own health, the health of my community and the health of the planet. I am constantly seeking to expand my toolbox of massage therapy skills but I use a foundation of Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, and range of motion. I also integrate modalities such as myofascial release, motion palpation, lymphatic drainage, injury recovery, hot stone, cupping, and sports massage.  While I am constantly evolving my techniques, I strive for a balanced style rooted in clinical knowledge with an understanding that relaxation is where progress can be achieved. I aim to be personable and authentic while allowing the client’s needs to craft the session creating a productive experience that guides the body toward balance and healing.
